Carb Theory is a Bengaluru-based corporate meal and catering company. We combine chef-crafted, nutritionist-designed meals with our own meal-management platform to help offices organise food without running an in-house kitchen.

Office delivery across Bengaluru, including Koramangala, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Indiranagar, Domlur, Whitefield, Marathahalli and Electronic City. Delivery feasibility, minimum quantities and timing are confirmed for the exact office or venue.

Meals travel on a coordinated office delivery schedule through our own fleet. Agree the receiving point, meal slots, headcount and delivery window during onboarding.

Team lunches, meetings, workshops, training days, town halls, offsites, launches, festivals and office celebrations. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshment breaks can be planned around the event.

Corporate nutrition and workplace-wellness enquiries are accepted separately from individual consultation bookings. Individual nutritionist booking is currently unavailable; this does not change our nutritionist-designed meal service.
