Known as the "Jewel of Jaipur," Rambagh Palace was originally built in 1835 and has served as the home of the queen’s favorite handmaiden, a royal guesthouse, and the residence of the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II. Today, it is one of the most opulent hotels in India, spread over 47 acres of manicured gardens. The palace retains its elaborate splendor with hand-carved marble latticework, sandstone balustrades, and cenotaphs. Guests can experience the "Sport of Kings" by playing polo on the adjacent grounds or enjoying a vintage car ride around the Pink City.
